Early Summer Cars
7/1/21 to 7/13/21
Summer, summer, summer. It's like an automotive merry-go-round...

This was found at the Wrentham Outlets in Wrentham, MA. I was shopping with my family, and when we were walking back to the car, this beauty was parked outside. As you can see, this sticks out like a sore thumb amidst the boring colors of the modern cars around it. The owner has put custom rims on it, and I don't think it looks bad at all, especially with that sky blue paint. I also love the plate on this. I too would be happy if I were driving it.
7/7/21 - BMW 635CSI E24 (David)
Is this the most iconic 80s BMW? I love early BMWs, especially the 635s. There is just something about that "shark nose" grille, those quad headlights, and that handsome body styling that just captivates you. This was parked in the overflow lot across from that body shop, and I pulled over to have a closer look. Definitely worth the stop.
In the background is a Buick GS, a Chrysler Newport, and a Ford Thunderbird.
Above: (7/7/21) - Double Trouble! 1979 Pontiac Trans Am and a 1959 Dodge Sweptline Pickup at Andy's (David)
Once again, Andy's has provided us with some more great classics. On the left, you'll see a 1979 Trans Am. This has been there for sometime, and by its condition, it appears to be a project. Spoiler Alert! This car will be revisited in the Winter 2022 collection as well, and its still in the same spot.
The blue truck is a 1959 Dodge Sweptline that appears to have recieved a new paint job and some rims, as well as the badging and door handles removed for a very sleek and clean appearance. I had trouble identifying what this truck was, as at first I thought it was a Ford F-series, but it is indeed a '59 Dodge.
You can also see that the '74 Monte Carlo is still there, and is still for sale. Someone better buy this car!
7/13/21 - 1957 Chevy Bel Air
This car was spotted by Jess B. Thanks again for the find Jess!
