David: Our first car show of 2023! This was a well attended show in Johnston, RI that Sam and I went to. We also brought the Volvo along for its first ever car show, although it didn't fit in too well among all the other American classics. There were some other '80s and '90s cruisers, but '60 and '70s Americana made up the majority of the show. Anyways, there were over 400 cars in attendance, so obviously, we couldn't photograph all of them, so we decided to pick our highlights for what we thought were the coolest and best looking vehicles at the show.
A true all original SS car.
An original one owner car, with zero modifications.
Sam enjoys an Impala moment sitting in the '65 Super Sport.
Almost a completely original car, with the exception of the halo headlights.
The last year of the Polara and full size "Fuselage Body" Chryslers.
There's nothing quite like a period correct modified car, and this van is no exception. Groovy!
A regular Chevelle, non SS car, with a 427 CI engine. Most regular Chevelles get turned into SS clones, so we thought a non SS Chevelle was picture worthy.
A perfect '80s family car, complete with fake wood paneling and AAA road service sticker.
This is car show host Cruisin' Bruce's personal car.
Who's this local idiot?
Turtles like Volvos too!
This can also be seen in A&W Cruise Night 2.
A 1957 Chevy 210 (Green) and Bel Air (White) are parked beside it.
This appears to be a survivor, as it still has its original paint!
This was photographed because it bears resemblance to a similar 1979 Camaro used in the hit TV show Stranger Things.
1971 Plymouth 'Cuda and a 1967 Dodge D-500 Ramp Truck.
An extremely rare custom vehicle. Only 10 were produced.
